September 2009 Fee Changes
The following Bureau of Food Protection fees take effect on September 1, 2009:
Food Service Permit Fees

Level 1 Establishment: $150.00
-
Level 2 Establishment: $265.00

Level 3 Establishment: $380.00

Level 4 Establishment: $495.00
Temporary Event Permit (based on risk)
- Low Risk Single Day: $45.00
- Low Risk 3-day Event: $50.00
- Low Risk 14-day Ext.: $295.00
- High Risk Single Day: $65.00
- High Risk 3-day Event: $95.00
- High Risk 14-Day Ext.: $395.00
Temporary Event Late Application Fee: $35.00
Failure to apply for a Temporary Food Event Permit 12 days or more before the event date results in a late fee of $35.
This fee also applies to individuals that hold a 14-Day Extended Permit and fail to obtain permit(s) from the Bureau of Food Protection at least 12 days before the event date.
Year-Round Food Cart

Seasonal Food Cart (Only operate March - November)

Plan Review (based on Risk Level)
