Home Visits
This program serves pregnant women and children (birth to age 5) who are at risk as a result of environmental, medical, or social factors.
What To Expect
A nurse will visit you in your home and assess your needs. The nurse will talk to you about:
- Safe and healthy environments
- Parenting and what your child should be doing at his age, and
- Community agencies available to help.
How Much Does the Program Cost?
The program is free and available to anyone living in Salt Lake County with a need which meets the program guidelines.
